As a patient I was anxious , embarrassed and pretty ignorant about what was going on with me physically , Mr Warren immediately put me at my ease , answered my questions and left me feeling that things can be sorted . Medics are often criticised for being aloof and failing to recognise that a huge part of being unwell is fear and anxiety. whatever my outcome I feel reassured that I am receiving great care in his hands and everything possible will be done .

Mr Warren is a WONDERFUL surgeon. Professional, friendly, thoughtful, patient, VERY understanding.... and clearly, VERY, VERY GOOD at his job! He has recently done bowel surgery (laparoscopic sigmoid colectomy/left hemicolectomy) on my belovéd. ALL went 100% well with the operation; and after, Mr Warren visited him same evening, despite having been on duty since before 7am … He also visited every day after op … and if he couldn’t due to other operations, one of his team visited. ‘Who’ wants to talk about 'bowel matters' with anyone, let alone a doctor - BUT, I urge you ... don't ignore symptoms - the earlier, the better - for chance of a good outcome. And, if you are lucky enough to meet Mr Warren ... all the better! And finally, Mr Warren has been enormously kind and helpful to ‘me’ as well! As carer, this is very important, too!! Thank-you so much, Mr Warren

Dr Warren is a great surgent. I recently had to undertake 2 surgery in one ,where he was the lead surgent and him and his team did a fantastic job. No big scars where made. He is very professional at what he does and takes good care of his patients. Violette
